Algemene Voorwaarden / Terms of Service

The terms that apply to our services.

Review draft — not a certification of legal compliance. Controller identity, contact details and business terms still require confirmation before launch.

Scope & agreed deliverables

Services include the 14-Day Redesign Sprint and Essential, Growth and Enterprise Maintenance Care Plans. A written proposal must specify pages, integrations, migration responsibilities, acceptance criteria and support scope. A sprint depends on agreed scope, timely content and approvals; complex projects may need discovery first. These draft terms do not substitute for an accepted contract.

Prices, invoices & payment

The proposal must state the price, VAT treatment, invoicing milestones and payment deadline. Maintenance prices shown elsewhere remain illustrative until confirmed in your proposal. No deposit percentage, payment period, late fee or cancellation charge has been supplied; none is created by this draft. Additional tasks require agreement on scope and price before work begins.

Intellectual property & full payment

The intended arrangement is transfer of the agreed custom deliverables upon full payment, as recorded in the signed agreement. Any copyright assignment must meet applicable formal requirements. Pre-existing materials, open-source software, licensed fonts, third-party services and tools retain their own ownership and licence conditions. The client must have permission to use the text, images, trademarks and data it supplies.

PageSpeed 95+ & SEO acceptance conditions

PageSpeed 95+ is an engineering target, not an unconditional guarantee under these draft terms. Any contractual performance guarantee must define templates, mobile or desktop testing, test version, network conditions, third-party widgets, permitted content and the remedy if acceptance fails. A PageSpeed score is not a Core Web Vitals field-data score. SEO migration includes agreed URL mapping and canonical checks; external search-engine rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, liability & remedies

Maintenance scope, response windows, backup restoration, agreed developer hours and cancellation conditions must be confirmed in the service agreement. Clients must report defects promptly and allow reasonable investigation. A liability cap, exclusions, insurance arrangements and remedy process have not been supplied and require legal review; this draft does not invent or waive liability. Mandatory legal protections remain applicable.

Dutch law & dispute resolution

The intended governing law is Dutch law, subject to mandatory rules. Parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith. The competent court and any jurisdiction clause must be confirmed in the final agreement; no fictional registered office is used to select a court. These terms remain a review draft until the legal entity and commercial terms are verified.
